Maja 2026 je v programu Erasmus+ Pravno fakulteto Univerze v Mariboru obiskalo kar pet gostujočih profesorjev, in sicer prof. dr. Anna Reda-Csziewska (PF Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Pojska), prof. dr. Razaana Denson,   prof. dr. Elmarie Knoetze, prof. dr. Andre Mukiebir in prof. dr. Marc Welgemoed (PF Nelson Mandela University iz Gqeberha, Južna Afrika).

Gostujoči predavatelji so izvedli predavanja za študente prve in druge stopnje, in sicer:
1.    prof. dr. Anna Reda_Cisziewska: 'The impact of EU on the Polish Labour Law and its recent changes’;
2.    prof. dr. Razaana Denson: 'The right of the husband to assume his wife's surname in terms of Birth and Death Registration Act 51 of 1992'
3.    prof. dr. Elmarie Knoetze: 'An Overview of the Influence of Roman Law on South African Law’prof. dr. Elmarie Knoetze: 'An Overview of the Influence of Roman Law on South African Law’
4.    prof. dr. Marc Welgemoed: 'Using AI in Civil procedure – beneficial, or outright dangerous'
5.    prof. dr. Andre Mukeibir: 'Liability for non-pecuniary damages in th case of plaintiffs in a permanent vegetative state in South Africa’

Gostujoče profesorje je sprejel tudi dekan Pravne fakultete Univerze v Mariboru prof. dr. Tomaž Keresteš. Vsi obiski gostujočega Erasmus+ osebja so okrepili sodelovanje med fakultetami in odprli možnosti za skupne raziskovalne projekte ter mobilnosti naših zaposlenih in študentov.

Gostujoči profesorji so s svojo prisotnostjo pomembno obogatili akademsko in pedagoško dogajanje na naši fakulteti in prispevali k mednarodni prepoznavnosti naše fakultete.
