Project Background
The European Union has achieved extraordinary results in regards to its economic and legal integration. Europe has become the arena of concerted social and economic action of unprecedented proportions and dynamics. This development is all the more remarkable in the light of clashes and conflicts, and at times total disintegration of whole countries and regions, experienced by other areas of the world. In this process of European consolidation, law has played, and will continue to play a vital role.
Modern economical connections between different countries are now deepening, bringing a need to their proper legal regulation both on domestic and international levels. The relationship between the European Union and Russian Federation is one of the brightest illustrations of such connections.
Project Objectives
InterEuLawEast project aims at creation, development and implementation of the educational Master degree programme “International and European law” with unified curriculum at 9 partner universities (3 from EU member states and 6 from partner countries).
The programme that will give a possibility for preparation of highly qualified specialists with profound knowledge in International and European law with double diploma to broaden horizons of knowledge and competences application in the sphere of legal science for the regional universities of UA an RU.
The project provides activities for developing educational process, teaching methods and research work of teaching staff, students and postgraduates, collaboration between partner universities in relevant fields.
It is going to improve professional and pedagogical qualification of partner countries teachers and modernize teaching infrastructure of Partner Universities for providing advanced level of Master and PhD students' training on the joint Master degree program.
Project's outputs
The following are main project's outputs:
- series of guest lectures for advanced Master Students in partner universities of Ukraine and Russian Federation by experts from the European Union;
- summer schools devoted to the European law and the process of European integration;
- conference series;
- scientific publications;
- Master Students’ pilot training.

INTEREULAWEAST journal
One of the objective of the project is also to promote legal scientific journal INTEREULAWEAST. This scientific Journal for International and European Law, Economics and Market Integration, is established within the project and its editorial board invites authors to contribute articles. The journal serves also as a good opportunity for young researches, doctoral students and candidates, to publish their work. A home page of the journal offers all necessary information to all interested authors. One can read here news about the promotion of the journal.
One can find the journal also in HRCAK database. There, a free access to articles is available online. You are welcomed to visit the journal and make use of its articles.

5th Project Coordination Meeting
We are pleased to announce that the 5th Project Coordination Meeting of representatives of consortium members within Tempus IV Project 544117-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-HR-TEMPUS-JPCR InterEULawEast was held on 22 March 2015 at Univerisity of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics, starting at 9.00.

Advance Course in European Company Law
Advance Course in European Company Law will take place from 4 to 8 November 2015 in Odessa, Ukraine. The aim of the Course is to provide in-depth training on modern issues of European integration, European Company Law for Partner Countries staff, young researchers, assistants and lecturers employed at Partner Countries institutions.

4th Project Coordination Meeting
We are pleased to announce that the 4th Project Coordination Meeting of representatives of consortium members within Tempus IV Project 544117-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-HR-TEMPUS-JPCR InterEULawEast was held on 30th March 2015 at Socialo Tehnologiju Augstskola Riga, Latvia at 10 o' clock.
Further discussions on master programme implementation, scholarship mechanism, local accreditation and dissemination tools are some of the topics of the Meeting.

Project's quality control

A special body, Internal Evaluation Committee (IEC) is established. The role of IEC is to continously supervise the development of the project.
