Project activities
The project activities are as follows (per year):
LECTURES, 35 hrs:
Lectures will offer appropriate theoretical background supported with case-study needed to understand the influence of the EU law on national public law in a general context and specific examples of the said Europeanization process. In this regard lectures will provide students or participants with the general “toolkit” for the Europeanization process, and with analysis of legislative act and case-law related to specific areas of public law, e.g. (classic) administrative law, public economic law, environmental law and social law.
SEMINARS, 10 hrs:
Seminars are intended to offer skills, e.g. communication, argumentation or negotiation and public appearance, needed in daily practice when applying acquired theoretical knowledge in real-life cases or matters.
ROUNDTABLE DEBATE, 5 hrs:
Roundtable debate is intended to offer highly specialised debate related to the Europeanization process in specific fields, e.g. EU law in Slovenian admnistrative and judicial practice, Liberalization process in Slovenia, and Understanding of social market economy in Slovenia: (how) do we understand the EU competition law?
