Freezing ORders and Confiscation orders: Effort for common standards FORCE will investigate international variation in the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2018/1805 on the mutual recognition of confiscation and freezing orders. Using our findings, FORCE will create an online database, a Massive Open Online Course and a podcast offering essential guidance on freezing and confiscation procedures, as well as a set of common practical standards and recommendations for legal authorities.
