Corporate Entities in the Market is a traditional conference, organized each May in Portorož by the Maribor Faculty of Law and the Institute for Business Law Maribor. The conference is attended by eminent experts with academic and economic backgrounds, who are discussing the most relevant issues of commercial law. The contents of the conference are divided into several sessions and a round table so that participants are not only acquainted with current aspects of specific questions but also have the opportunity to express their views and opinions in an interactive discussion and thus contribute to the better quality of the conference.
