Erasmus Incoming Student’s Mobility

Program dates and instructions

Please note that all incoming students must first attend a mandatory Introductory Course in English Legal Terminology and Basic Legal Theory taught by Doc. Dr. Katja Drnovšek, and Doc. Dr. Marius Mensah for the duration of 2 weeks, granted with 2 ECTS after completing a test at the end of the course. These ECTS can be introduced within one of the selected subjects from the student's individual program.

The lectures of the Introductory Course in English Legal Terminology and Basic Legal Theory for the Winter semester start in October. The detailed time, place, and materials will be announced in Moodle.

The individual program for incoming students must be finally arranged in the first week after arrival.

The students will be provided with an exact timetable of chosen courses and examinitions dates in the second week of October.

Please note: The dates may occasionally be subject to change. The students will be occasionally invited to attend lectures of incoming visiting professors and to participate in other activities (seminars, conferences, and moot courts), if invited attendance is mandatory and a prerequisite for the final signing of the mobility report.

The incoming students are not able to confirm their departure date before the end of the examination period unless individually agreed differently.
