The FAIR-IN-DEBT (Fair and Innovative Cross-border Recovery with Out-of-Court Enforcement Titles) project will deliver 22 key outputs over a 24-month period, structured across 4 work packages. These include comparative research reports and expert analyses, the organisation of expert meetings, an international conference and workshops, as well as the establishment of the project website and dissemination materials such as brochures, podcasts, and a multilingual glossary. A special focus will be placed on digitalisation and artificial intelligence, including the development of a prototype atlas of out-of-court enforcement titles and a teaching platform with an AI chatbot. Through these deliverables, the project aims to strengthen legal certainty, raise awareness, and improve the efficiency of cross-border debt recovery within the European Union.
