EUROPEAN DIMENSIONS OF TAKING EVIDENCE IN CIVIL PROCEDURE
15th - 16th of January 2015, Ljubljana, Slovenia
The Institute for Civil, Comparative and Private International Law of the Faculty of Law Maribor with cooperation of the Institute for Comparative Law of the Faculty of Law Ljubljana is organizing an international scientific conference European Dimension of taking evidence in civil procedure, which will take place on 15th and 16th of January 2015 at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
At the concluding conference organized in the framework of a successful EU project Dimensions of Evidence in European Civil Procedure, the most important topics related to cross-border evidence taking will be discussed by the most acclaimed European experts in this field. A special attention will be given to informational technology and electronic means of taking evidence, whereby attendees will also get a chance to discuss various aspects of e-documents from practical perspective. The event is an interactive scientific conference for broad interested public. Speakers in panels will encourage other participants, especially collaborating partners in the project, to provide information and their opinion.
Due to a large number of international experts, the conference will be a great opportunity to discuss various legal subjects and at the same time to meet new lawyers from all over Europe.
