The loan period needs to be extended if a user wishes to still use the literature after the first 21 (or 14 or 7) days. An extension is only possible if the book has not been reserved by another user. The extension is possible max. 3 times.

The extension or reservation of literature can be made:

• in person at the library
• over telephone (+386 (0) 2 250 42 49)
• online - over COBISS/OPAC

When reserved items are available to users, they are notified via electronic notification or by phone.
