Dr. Janja Hojnik je 27. marca 2017 predavala na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Beogradu, v okviru Magistrskega študijskega programa evropskih integracij na temo: "EU law on 'buy national' campaigns – balancing single market and protectionist motives by Member States“.

Mar Dr. Darja Senčur Peček je dne 23.3.2017 predavala na temo "Precarious work in Slovenia" na International Seminar - Precarious Work, Current reality and perspectives na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Lodzu na Poljskem.
Feb/Mar

Dr. Matjaž Tratnik je med 20.2. in 3.3. 2017 predaval na Pravni fakulteti Univerze na Arubi, v okviru Erasmus+ »Staff Teaching mobility«. Prof. Tratnik je predaval B1 študentom v okviru predmeta International Business Law o mednarodni prodajni pogodbi po Dunajski konvenciji o mednarodni prodaji blaga, Incoterms ter arubanskem in nizozemskem pravu. Poleg tegaje v okviru postakademskega izobraževanja, ki ga Univerza na Arubi nudi​ pravnikom iz prakse, predaval o mednarodni prodaji blaga, arubanskem in  nizozemskem mednarodnem zasebnem pravu glede mednarodne prodaje blaga ter o pridržku lastninske pravice v primerjalnem in mednarodnem zasebnem pravu.

Dr. Boštjan Brezovnik se je med 16.1. in 14.2. 2017 udeležil mobilnosti v okviru Erasmus+ »Staff mobility for Training«. Ta tip mobilnosti podpira strokovni razvoj zaposlenih na visokošolskih institucijah z usposabljanji v tujini in sledenjem na delovnem mestu/obdobji opazovanja/usposabljanjem na partnerski visokošolski instituciji.

Suzana Kraljić, Ph.D. has done Erasmus  - Staff Mobility for Teaching at the TALLIN HEALTH CARE COLLEGE in Tallinn, Estonia. Her lecture was titled: “Patient has rights – what about duties and responsibilities?”.

Rajko Knez, Ph.D. has conducted a lecture on the topic: The preliminary ruling procedure: revisiting the basics, on 19 and 20 September 2016. He also performed a workshop on the topic: “The decision to refer & drafting questions to the court na Academy of European Law (ERA)” in Trier, Germany.

Jun-Jul Boštjan Brezovnik, Ph.D. has performed four lectures between 10 June and 10 July on the topic of: “Local government, Public administration, Research methodology, Scientific writing”. The lectures were performed in the Erasmus+ employee mobility for teaching abroad programme at the University lnfante D. Henrique, Porto, in Portugal.

Suzana Kraljić, Ph.D. has participated in the conference on "Cross-Border Litigation" at the LSE - London School of Economics and Political Science, organized by University of Leeds and University of Aberdeen on 16 and 17 June 2016. Both organising universities are the part of the "EUPILLAR PROJECT (European Union Private International Law: Legal Application in Reality - JUST/2013/JCIV/AG/4635), co-financed by European Union (Cross-Border Litigation in Europe: Private International Law Legislative Framework, National Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union). Representatives of all the EU Member States gathered at the conference and discussed the relevant questions on the use of certain EU regulations. Suzana Kraljić Ph.D. acted as the representative of Slovenia and presented the current state in Slovenia.

May Saša Prelič, Ph.D. has conducted a lecture on the topic: Posebnosti slovenskog prava društava: predavanje v sklopu "Riječka predavanja iz usporednog prava" on 19 May 2016 at the Pravni fakultet Sveučilišta u Rijeci, Hrvatska udruga za poredbeno pravo, in Croatia.
May Aleš Ferčič, Ph.D. has performed lectures on the topic of Competition policy and social market economy on 9 – 13 May 2016 for the students of the 2nd cycle study programme at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
May Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has lectured at the Brasenose College Univerze v Oxfordu in Great Britain on 4. May 2016. The title of her lecture was: "Regulatory Implications of Servitization in the EU: Can Lawyers Follow the Suit of Digitised Industry?".

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has also performed lectures on 3 May 2016 at the Kingston University London, Kingston Law School in London, Great Britain. Her lecture was titled: "Legal challenges of the European industry in the digital age: lecture and talk about international law issues arising out of the dissolution of the former Republic of Yugoslavia".

Suzana Kraljić, Ph.D. has participated in an international conference titled "Same-sex Relationships and beyond: Gender Matters in the EU : Partnership, Marriage & Parenthood; Free Movement and Gender Identity” that took place at the Bucerious Law School in Hamburg on 18 and 19 April 2016. The conference was organized by ERA and the Bucerious Law School. Participants have exchanged opinions on the current development of Family Law and different countries. Suzana Kraljić Ph.D. lectured about the (il)legal regulation of same-sex partnerships in 11 countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania). She also participated in the debate on the topic: "Parental rights of same-sex couples in the EU".

Apr Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has conducted two seminars titled "Fragmentation of international law in the case of Yugoslav succession: reimbursement of "old" foreign-currency bank deposits" and "Judicial application of international law in the South-East Europe" on 11 April 2016 at the Universita` degli studi di Trieste, Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali.
Feb Rajko Knez, Ph.D. has lectured in Tyumen University in Russia in February 2016, discussing the topic: Developments in the EU; Contemporary jurisprudence of the Court EU.

Dec Boštjan Brezovnik, Ph.D. has performed a lecture and a workshop on the topic Local self-government in Slovenia and Europe more generally on 8 December 2015 at the Faculty of Business and Law, Leicester Business School, De Montfort University Leicester, in Great Britain.

Boštjan Brezovnik, Ph.D. has lectured at the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Repbulic on 16 – 20 November 2015. His lectures were dealing with the topic of Fiscal Decentralisation in EU.

Jun Rajko Knez, Ph.D. has conducted a lecture on the topic of Contemporary developments on the EU internal market at the Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät Wien, Institut für Europarecht, Internationales Recht und Rechtsvergleichung in Vienna, Austria.
Jun Darja Senčur Peček, Ph.D. has lectured on "Labour law in Slovenia" on 2 June 2015 as a part of the module “European Labour Law Systems” at the Karl-Franzens Universität Graz in Austria.
May Rajko Knez, Ph.D. lectured in Skopje, Macedonia on the topic of Services directive (2006/123) and points of single contact as part of the EUC European Competence Teaching programmes on 4 – 8 May 2015.

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has performed a lecture at the Faculty of Law, University of Vienna, titled: Promoting Austrian goods in light of the EU internal market principles, European lecture series on 23 March 2015.

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. lectured at the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest on 19 February 2015. Her lecture was titled: Impact of EU law on "buy national" programs and movements in member states. She lectured for the students of the academic programme Master of Arts in International Relations and European Studies.

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has lectured on the topic of Slovenian experience with EU law under the Master programme on European studies na Faculty of Social Science of Charles University, Faculty of Social Science, Department of Western European Studies, in Prague, Czech Republic, on 26 November 2014.

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has performed a lecture at the Paris Institute of Political Sciences (L'Institut d'études politiques) on 28 October 2014 titled Free movement of capital and economic and monetary union. She lectured as an invited lecturer under the course European Economic Law.

Jun

Aleš Ferčič, Ph.D. has conducted a lecture titled EU competition law: theory and case study on 23 – 28 June 2014. The lectures were a part of the Advanced Summer Course in European Internal Market Law, InterEULawEast, at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb in Croatia.

Janja Hojnik, Ph.D. has conducted two lectures at the Edinburgh Napier University, School of Accounting, Financial Services and Law, in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 18 March 2014. The lectures dealt with the topic of Cartel prohibitions under EU competition law (Art. 101 TFEU).
