About us

ACJ (Accsess to Civil Justice) is a portal that gathers information about research activities at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor, especially in the rights protection field in judicial and other proceedings, emphasizing the international component and EU law. Activities mainly take place at the faculty's Institute for Civil, Comparative, and International Private Law (ICCIPL). It presents current projects and completed ones that clearly show the research's orientation. On the portal an active open blog with current research topics and directions is also accessible. The content for the portal is co-created by faculty employees but also by partner institutions, experts from abroad, and ICCIPL members (see the human resources section).
