The Summer School is a joint project of the University of Göttingen, Department of Cultural Anthropology/European Ethnology (Germany), the Research Centre of the Academy of Sciences and Arts (Slovenia), the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research (Croatia) and the Institute of Ethnography SASA (Serbia). It is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service with funds from the German Federal Foreign Office. The travel costs, accommodation
and food will be covered. Applications are welcome from students, PhD students and post-docs studying/working in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria as well as from German students, PhD students and post-docs researching on migration to/through the Western Balkans.
